RETURN POLICY:
You may return all items purchased at EpicWeapons.com within 14 days of the original delivery, unless the item is an engraved product or an EPIC Weapons Licensed Products. All EPIC Weapons Products sales are final and each customer acknowledge and accepts these terms upon the original online purchase. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA number by going to MY ACCOUNT -> ORDER HISTORY and then choosing the order number. At the bottom of that screen you will need to fill out the form letting us know what product(s) you are returning. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. please keep in mind that if the payment option was a credit Card that the credit Card company can take up to 30 days to post your refund. Release:

Resolution of Disputes:
If a dispute arises between you and EPICWEAPONS.COM , our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and EPICWEAPONS.COM agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services (a "Claim") in accordance with one of the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the help page. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
- Arbitration Option - For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. In the event a party elects arbitration, they shall initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Improperly Filed Claims - All claims you bring against EPICWEAPONS.COM must be resolved in accordance with this Resolution of Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section, EPICWEAPONS.COM may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1,000, provided that EPICWEAPONS.COM has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Outage Policy:
It is EPICWEAPONS.COM's highest priority that its members' experience bidding and registration success. However, the EPICWEAPONS.COM Auction site occasionally may experience outages and/or delays during which bidders may not be able to place bids or effectively register for an auction. During such occasions our company has established effective site management practices to address these high traffic times, while these protocols will eventually restore the flow of traffic to our users. All auctions hereby acknowledge that these occasions may be out of our control and hereby hold EPICWEAPONS.COM harmless for such instances.
Return Policy:
This is an auction. Therefore each participant acknowledges that they are registering and submitting a fee, as listed herewith, to take part in the auction. Although each registered participant will receive a sword as a result of taking part in the auction - all sales are Final. If there are any issues with items received by the buyer - the company will address the issue on a case by case basis.
Epic Weapons General Contest Rules
Introduction: By participating in a contest at www.epicweapons.com, you agree to the specific rules, terms and conditions provided for that particular contest as stated, either in addition to or in place of the Official General Contest Rules given here. 1. Eligibility and Odds of Winning:
a. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning.
b. You must be 21 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified) at time of entry.
c. You cannot win if you are an employee of ICA Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Epic Weapons, affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers, and immediate family members of anyone so situated. "Immediate family members" shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws", or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
d. If minors are permitted to participate in the contest, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, and Epic Weapons reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.
e. Odds of winning this contest are determined by number of entries and specific structure.
f. Getting to locations to enter and participate in the contest is the responsibility of the contestant.
g. Epic Weapons reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not adhere to these official contest rules. Prizes will not be awarded, even if announced, if the contestant is not eligible in accordance with these rules. Persons who provide fraudulent contest entry information will be disqualified.

Each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to your participation in any contest.
j. Telephone Entries: If a contest accepts telephone entries, Epic Weapons and sponsors are not responsible for your inability to complete the call during the call-in portion of the contest whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions; disconnections; busy lines; faulty, mistranscribed, misdirected, or misdialed telephone communications; or other circumstances. Only calls to the designated telephone number will be eligible to win.
k. Fax and Mail Entries: If a contest accepts fax or mail entries (postal or electronic), Epic Weapons and its sponsors are not responsible for the late, misdirected, lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated or postage-due entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the contest.
l. Web Site Entries: In the event a contest accepts website entries, you must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. Epic Weapons and its sponsors shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, www.epicweapons.com, or any other computer-related processor system. Epic Weapons is not responsible for any prize offered or any aspect of any contest appearing on an advertiser's web banner or hyperlink located on www.epicweapons.com, unless it is a product manufactured by Epic Weapons.
m. Drop Box Entries. In the event a contest accepts entry forms by deposit in an entry box, Epic Weapons and its sponsors are not responsible for lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, or incomplete entry forms, and such entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Prizes:
a. Prizes are specified within individual contest rules.
b. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
c. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made.

- Before any prize(s) will be awarded, you must provide:

- Photo identification (the only accepted types of photo identification are government issued photo identifications, including a valid driver's license or passport).
- A valid taxpayer identification number or social security number.
- Epic Weapons reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if you fail to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in Epic Weapons sole discretion.
- You agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability before any prize is awarded.
- If the prize is travel tickets, your travel partners, if any, must meet age eligibility requirements and must also execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability prior to awarding the prize.
- Failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- You have thirty (30) days from the date your name is first announced on the air, or by other disclosed mode of public dissemination, to claim and pick up their prize. Failure to claim and pick up prize within this time for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Signing for the prize(s) indicates you have received the prize(s), abide by these rules, and the publicity disclaimer. Prize is forfeited upon refusal to sign or provide required information.
- Your designated representative will be allowed to claim prize(s) only if Epic Weapons is presented in writing with a note signed by you that such a representative is to pickup the prize(s) and that (s)he presents a photocopy of your driver's license.
- Epic Weapons reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award unclaimed prizes to alternate contestants or not to award the unclaimed prizes.
- All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
- All federal, state and local taxes (including any sales taxes) are your sole responsibility.
- Prior to the delivery of any prize, Epic Weapons reserves the right to collect any taxes it deems appropriate from you.
- If you win over $600 in prizes during any one year period, and are a United States citizen, you will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
- Any additional costs relating to the prizes, and incurred as a result of accepting the prizes, is your sole responsibility as the winner.
- Disqualification and Penalties:
a. You agree to be bound by these rules.
b. Epic Weapons, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify you for:

3. Gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the contest.

c. Furthermore, any resale or auction or attempt to resell or auction of Epic Weapons complimentary prizes, if any, will result in disqualification for all future Epic Weapons contests.

ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WWW.EPICWEAPONS.COM, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
