What does the RFID Microchip do?

Being able to authenticate the product will eliminate anybody trying to sell a "knock-off" type of product, ensuring that the end customer is receiving the true licensed product.

What happens if the RFID Microchip stops working?
The RFID Microchips are tested before they leave the warehouse to ensure they work before being sent to the end customer. Please keep in mind the malfunction could be within the Game 2 Gear reader or your computer is not able to run the web based authenticity software. The microchips are made to last more then a life time and are not likely to have any issues unless they are tampered with. If the chip has been tampered with the product will not be authenticated.

How do I care for the sword?
The sword is made of stainless steel and cast metal so it does not require to be oiled as most fully functional swords need to be. We suggest using a soft cloth to wipe away any finger prints that the sword blade or parts may experience while handling the sword.
