What is backorder and why can't I order some backordered products?
An item is placed on backorder when the MANUFACTURER does not have any more of that item in stock. Once the manufacturer restocks the item, it'll be taken off backorder and is ready to be regularly ordered. |
| 2. |
Why does the status of my order still say "Queued"?
An order will maintain "Queued" status if the customer has decided to pay by check, and we haven't received payment yet. If order status is "Queued", and order was paid by Credit Card, Coupon Code, or Gift Card, please contact us immediately! |
| 3. |
Why has my credit card been declined?
-CVV does not match the Card #
-Card Name does not match Card #

How much does it cost to ship to me?
Shipping fees depend on the item(s) that you are purchasing. Just add the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and when you check and choose your shipping options and prices will be displayed. The shipping charges include insurance and handling charges to insure that if you order is lost, stolen or damaged it will be replaced at no cost to you. |
| 7. |
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to numerous countries around the world. There are very few exceptions where we can not ship our product to and you will be notified during the ordering process if we are unable to ship products to your country. |
| 8. |
Why doesn't my tracking number work?
It usually takes up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update their database to include your tracking number. If your tracking number still does not work after 24 hours have passed, please let us know via 'Contact Us' form through the "Help" tab at top of Home Page button. We will assist you as quickly as possible. |
| 9. |
My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?
First & foremost, all items are hand-inspected before shipment & are very well packed to ensure that they are not damaged in transit to you. However, sometimes an item will be jarred around inside a package due to the poor handling of the carrier. We have years of experience in dealing with these types of damages, and know best how to handle them. If your order has been damaged please let the carrier know immediately and fill out a Damaged Shipment Claim. All shipments we send have been insured for this very purpose. |

What are the dimensions of the sword and plaque?
The Red Queen sword of Nero is 42" overall with a 31 3/4" blade. The custom display plaque is 10 1/2" in diameter. |
| 2. |
What material is the sword made from?
The sword blade is mirror polished stainless steel. The genuine leather wrapped grip is surrounded by solid metal handle parts. |
| 3. |
Is the sword battle ready or fully functional?
The sword is constructed very sturdily and of top quality materials but, it is a collectible due to the nature of the video game design. |
| 4. |
How much does the sword weigh?
The sword weighs 6.8 pounds. |
| 5. |
Is the blade of the sword sharp?
The sword is designed primarily as a collectible and most collectors will display it in a prominent location. Even though the blade is real 400 series steel, we have made the cutting edge dull for collectors.
|
| 6. |
How do I care for the sword?
Stainless steel is very resistant to rusting and corrosion, but, for regular maintenance we recommend coating the blade in a light coat of choji oil (used in Samurai sword care kits) or mineral oil (found at grocery or pharmacies), every few months. Light machine oil is another option, but, do not use machine oils with detergent or chemicals in them. Oil collects dust, so if you do not want to clean and re-apply with oil every few months then another great option is a wax sealant. A quality car wax will suffice to coat and protect the blade or a professional sealant like Renaissance Wax. |
| 7. |
What happens if the sword gets wet?
If the blade becomes wet, thoroughly dry it and coat with a light coat of oil. If the blade has been coated with wax, simply dry the blade. |
